Mission

Why we build.

We exist to close the speech therapy access gap — and, more broadly, to push the frontier of applied AI in places where it actually changes lives. The work is deeptech with a purpose: proprietary systems aimed at problems generic models can't solve well.

Story

The founders have direct personal and professional proximity to the problems they're solving.

That proximity shapes everything — what we build first, what we refuse to ship, and how we measure success. Legal and clinical credibility is built into the company from day one, not added later as a compliance layer.

Team

Founders.

Syed Ali

Founder & CEO

Technical architecture & product

Drives the proprietary AI architecture behind Victoriam's platform and the product direction across IzzyAI and the broader stack.

Masumah Akbar

Co-Founder & Chief Legal Officer

Legal, compliance, healthcare

Leads legal, regulatory, and healthcare compliance — embedding diligence into the company's foundation from day one.

The team also includes engineering, a speech-language pathology subject-matter expert, and a clinical research advisor guiding the FDA pathway.

Approach

How we work.

Own the architecture

We build proprietary systems from the algorithm up. No wrappers, no rented intelligence — the moat is the architecture itself.

Clinical integrity

Healthcare products are designed with subject-matter experts in the loop. Methods are defensible; claims are honest.

Compliance-first

Legal, regulatory, and safety considerations sit at the founding table — not bolted on after the fact.

Partnership

Build with deeptech that doesn't borrow from someone else's models.

Whether you're a clinic, an R&D lab, or an enterprise that needs reasoning you can audit — we ship proprietary systems, not wrappers.
